A
life-long resident of Philadelphia and a graduate of the University of
Pennsylvania, Marilou Buffum has been selling real estate for more than 25
years. She has been the top producer in her office for the past 20 years, top
seller city-wide on six occasions, and a former President of the Philadelphia
Board of Realtors .She represents Philadelphia on the Board of Directors of the
Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and was the recipent of the Realtor of the
Year award in 2003.
To
serve a growing roster of clients, Marilou has assembled a top-flight team of
Associates including her husband, Peter Buffum, and more recently, Paula Seitchik, Wendy Schwartz, and Sara Stewart, each of whom shares Marilou's professionalism and attention to detail.
Wendy comes to Eichler & Moffly after 10 years of community
organization and development in the Unites States and Latin America. She
was instrumental in having a community playground built at the Henry Houston
school in Mt. Airy.
Paula, a graduate of Temple University and life-long area
resident, is also an avid lover of horses and has been an important force
for preserving horses and horse riding in the Wissahickon Valley
Sara lives with her architect-husband in Chestnut Hill and has been active in the arts, notably community theatre. An accomplished violinist, she is a graduate of Springside School and Chestnut Hill College.
