A
life-long resident of Philadelphia and a graduate of the University of
Pennsylvania, Marilou Buffum has been selling real estate for more than 25 years. She has been the top producer in her office for most of the past 20 years, top seller city-wide on six occasions, and a former President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. The Association awarded her its Realtor of the Year award in 2003 and its Hall of Fame award in 2008.
To
serve a growing roster of clients, Marilou has assembled a top-flight team of
Associates including her husband, Peter Buffum, and more recently, Paula Seitchik, Sara Stewart, and Rebecca Buffum each of whom shares Marilou's professionalism and attention to detail.
Paula Seitchik, a graduate of Temple University and life-long area
resident, is also an avid lover of horses and has been an important force
for preserving horses and horse riding in the Wissahickon Valley
Sara Stewart lives with her architect-husband in Chestnut Hill and has been active in the arts, notably community theatre. An accomplished violinist, she is a graduate of Springside School and Chestnut Hill College.
Becca Buffum returns to Philadelphia after 13 years in the San Francisco Bay area. A graduate of Germantown Friends School and Wesleyan University, she has an extensive background in teaching, tutoring, and educational research.
